Returns Policy
USA
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, approval is first required. You must pay shipping, no return on lead or bait products.
You should expect to receive your refund within 11-20 days. This time period does not include the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 5 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
Orders over $100 ship free (bait, fish, copper excluded) all other orders are $5.95 and will ship USPS either ground/parcel post. Bait will ship priority 1-2 days in most cases.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Bait can only be shipped to the lower 48 and will ship on Monday or Tuesday.
When you place an order, we will estimate delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping method, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Canada
A flat $15.00 to ship, we can not ship copper, lead or bait. A minimum order of $50 is required, there are no returns. Average delivery times can average 7-10 business days and will ship parcel post.
